What I did was:
1) Added: Immune to Effect: Panic
2) Added: Immune to Effect: Morale Break

I neither know, nor care, really, if one of the Paladin kits allows this natively--Paladins should never be able to suffer fear/panic.
But hopefully, this spell won't break any innate ability of another kit.

In addition, a Paladin is always supposed to be protected from Evil,
So the spell expiring after ONE TURN is just absurd: but since it can be cast on anyone, this had to be changed around a bit.

Changed:
1) Protection from Evil- PALADIN ONLY (Paladins can only cast this on themselves now). HOPEFULLY, any future items in the game (like a Holy Avenger) won't cast this spell with a 10' Radius-.- making everyone in the party immune.... I'm not that far into the game yet; barely completed 10 quests in chapter 2...

If you want the protection from evil spell cast on others, use the priest and mage unchanged version.
2) Duration: 1 day. (isn't a Paladin **always** supposed to be protected?).
No more protection running out in 60 seconds into a battle.
3) Can NOT be dispelled by Dispel Magic. Previously, dispel magic affected Paladin prot/Evil. (give me a break!). Unfortunately, it CAN be removed by Breach; I don't know how to make an effect immume to that.
